Responsibilities Work collaboratively with a team of recruiters to support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs. Multi-task effectively to manage various tasks simultaneously. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Operate effectively in a metrics-driven environment, which includes tracking phone calls, interviews, and placements. Maintain excellent relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process. Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Ability to work in office full time Must be driven by candidate satisfaction Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Must have strong organizational, verbal, written, and follow-up skills.
