Job Description
We are looking for a reliable CDL-A driver to join our growing team in Wharton, New Jersey.
This is a full-time W-2 position operating dry van equipment on local and regional routes. Most loads operate within a 300- to 350-mile radius, with occasional overnight trips.
What We Offer
- Starting pay: 28% of gross load revenue
- Up to 30% for experienced drivers with excellent performance
- 100% detention pay
- $100 layover pay
- No forced dispatch
- Assigned truck

-Sleeper trucks equipped with a refrigerator and sleeper A/C.

Driver Responsibilities
- Transport freight safely and on time
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
