What You’ll Do *Perform high-quality facial and skincare services *Consult with clients and build personalized treatment plans *Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships *Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals *Create long-term client relationships through education and results
What We’re Looking For *Active Esthetician license (state-required) *Strong retail and in-room upgrade performance *Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated *Professional, reliable, and team-driven *Liability insurance required
