Accounting ManagerCorporate Headquarters12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158As Uline grows, we’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key areas of Corporate Accounting and support our financial operations.You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while strengthening accounting processes, internal controls and reporting. Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of Uline’s Corporate Accounting team, strengthening internal controls, improving processes and supporting ERP system enhancements.Coach and develop Accounting Supervisors and their teams, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.Oversee key Accounting areas such as financial and cost accounting, leases, fixed assets, cash and other operational accounting activities.Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement preparation, analyzing results and variances to deliver accurate, timely reporting.Partner with leadership to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives aligned with company goals.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting.CPA designation with 5+ years of Accounting experience.3+ years of hands-on experience leading teams in a corporate environment.Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation or system enhancements.Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar ERP systems a plus.BenefitsComplete health, dental and vision coverage and 401(k) with 6% match starting day one!Multiple bonus programs.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Employee PerksOn-site café and first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers.Over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails.About UlineUline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations.Uline is a drug-free workplace.
